Waltersons Industries Group acquired GreenLight at the close of 2022 and has appointed Vincent Tang as the new President and CEO. A dedicated collector at heart, Vincent brings fresh insights, resources, and expertise to propel our growth and elevate us to new heights. His primary focus is to take charge of the production process and enhance manufacturing quality.

Furthermore, GreenLight Collectibles aims to establish its own tooling shop and CAD development team, enabling us to enhance casting precision and details. We plan to recreate numerous iconic American vehicles using modern CAD and tooling techniques. Vincent and the rest of the GreenLight team are committed to delivering exceptional quality at an affordable price, maintaining our competitive edge.

Vincent’s passion for automobiles ignited at the young age of 9, when he began assembling plastic model kits and collecting die-cast models. Over the past 30 years, he has concentrated on collecting models in various scales, including 1:12, 1:18, 1:24, 1:43, and 1:64, from leading brands worldwide. Vincent’s fervor for the industry has equipped him with an understanding of collectors’ preferences and the necessary measures a brand must take to meet these demands.

While Vincent hails from Hong Kong, he has resided in Canada and the UK for several decades, fostering a deep understanding of Western culture. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Western University in Ontario, Canada, and a Master’s degree in Investment Management from Cass Business School in London. He is confident that his education will be a valuable asset to GreenLight.
